Rules first

In the EU, most crypto-asset services need a licence under MiCA, and every crypto business is exposed to money laundering risk. We plan the business and the compliance side together, so that the model you choose is one you are allowed to run.

Frequently asked questions

Can my company accept payments in crypto?

In most cases yes, usually through a licensed provider. What matters is how each payment is converted, recorded and taxed, and whether your own activity needs a licence. We look at those questions first.

What is tokenisation?

Recording the ownership of an asset, such as a share in a fund, a bond or a property, as digital tokens on a blockchain, so that it can be held, transferred and tracked digitally.

When does blockchain make sense?

When several parties need to share records they all trust, without a central keeper, for example tracking assets between companies. For one company's internal records, an ordinary database is usually the better choice, and we will tell you so.
