Some firms that are already authorised, such as banks and investment firms, can notify their regulator instead. In Greece, Law 5193/2025 names the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as the competent authority, and the Commission's decision 8/1059 of 30 July 2025 sets the licensing procedure.
