Under its decision published in Government Gazette B 4938/2020, the Court of Audit checks whether public bodies have an internal control system that works. It first asks for a map of the body's procedures with fiscal consequences, the risks in each procedure and the controls against them. We prepare that map and the procedure manual that goes with it.
